Tea Partied, ‘American Worker Basher’
Scott Walker won the gubernatorial recall election yesterday. It wasn’t by a landslide BUT the key is for US
to take note of the following realities: 1) Wisconsin was the radical Tea
Partied Right Wing Slicksters’ TEST RUN
for November; 2) we must constantly gather and circulate information regarding the radical Republican Slicksters’ tricks,
and 3) we must vote in RECORD BREAKING
numbers in November to win OUR fight for social, economic, and educational
equality for women, children, middle class families, the poor, college students, the elderly and the
unemployed, at the presidential,
congressional, gubernatorial and state legislator levels in November. Here’s
why…
In August, 2011
WISCONSIN TRAILBLAZERS made history by recalling TWO Tea Partied Republican
anti-American worker senators DESPITE Governor Walker’s attempts to suppress
their votes with ‘Jim Crow’ ID laws and the closure of NINE voter ID-generating
DMV sites. Wisconsin Trailblazers submitted a historical ONE MILLION
signatures to recall Governor Walker with nearly TWICE the 540,208
signatures required for submission. IN ADDITION to
the Walker recall signatures, Wisconsin trailblazers, submitted
845,000 signatures to force the recall of Republican Lieutenant Governor
Rebecca Kleefisch along with petitions to recall FOUR Republican anti-American
workers’ rights senators Terry Moulton, Pam Galloway, Van Wangaard and Senate
Majority Leader, Scott Fitzgerald. Close to TWO MILLION signatures
were submitted in total. The Nation reported that “no other
gubernatorial recall drive in American history has gathered the signatures of
so large a proportion of the electorate.”
So how in the world did Wisconsin Trailblazers lose the
battle to recall Walker?
SUPER PACS, LIES, DECEPTION AND VOTER SUPPRESSION
Walker’s Tea Partied state
legislators, oil-speculating/anti-worker Koch Brother pals and anonymous super PAC
partners ACROSS THE NATION such as Karl
Rove fought back with LIES, DECEPTION
and the ALMIGHTY DOLLAR: 1) Tea
Partied Wisconsin legislators passed legislation to DENY college students the
right to vote; 2) the Koch Brothers and Walker’s other super PAC partners
poured tons of money into FALSIFIED robocalls MISINFORMING voters that they
didn’t have to vote in the recall election if they signed the recall petition;
3) Walker’s super Pac-sponsored interests groups informed citizens “that they
need not vote today as they have already accomplished their work”; 4) Walkers’ super Pac posse
poured tons of money into MISLEADING, NEGATIVE ads..
Lesson learned –
ENFORCING THE PLAN TO “TAKE BACK THEIR(?) COUNTRY”
Excerpts from an article entitled GOP’s Anti-Obama Campaign Started the Night
of the Inauguration by Robert Draper reveals that at a private dinner in
Washington, DC TOP REPUBLICAN LAWMAKERS outlined the following “break Obama”
strategies: 1) win the spear point of the House in 2010; 2) jab Obama
relentlessly in 2011; 3) win the White House and the Senate in 2012; 4) begin
attacking vulnerable Democrats on the airwaves. (The first National Republican
Congressional Committee attack ads would run in less than two months.); 5) show
united and UNYIELDING opposition to the president’s economic policies (Eight
days later, Minority Whip Cantor would hold the House Republicans to a
unanimous “No” against Obama’s economic stimulus plan).
Lesson learned – so said, so done, so far! WE didn’t come out in full force for the 2010
Midterm election - the Tea partied
radical Right Wingers did and now WE’RE
paying the price!

Donations reveals… 1) radical conservatives can TAKE OVER one state
at a time, by and through the CONSERVATIVE “Corporate majority decision of the
US Supreme Court” e.g. unlimited,
anonymous super Pac donations; 2) radical
Right Wing governors, legislators,
FOXifiers and other pundits, constantly give federal governing a bad name and
reputation, while Republican-governed
states bypass the Congress to pass
and circumvent laws, and BANKRUPT the
federal government by using more federal funding, while saving their own state
tax funds, to show they are doing better than most other states.
Case in point - an article at wnyc.org entitled “Thanks Super Pacs! Negative Political Ads
Up 70 Percent points out that “seven out of ten political ads have been
negative during the 2012 election cycle” to date. Romney’s crew used NEGATIVE super PAC ads to
pick off his presidential primary rivals one by one AND long-term MODERATE Republican Senator Dick Luger who DARED to
compromise was wiped out by DECEPTIVE super PAC ads that flooded the local
airways right before the election.
Lessons learned – money CAN’T out win
RECORD-BREAKING voter turn-out. Don’t
fall for the super PAC negative ad hype.
They usually save the worst ads for the final days before an election
hoping that UNKNOWING voters will bypass the ‘good guys’ by voting for names
that are more familiar to them via the negative ads.
WINNING GOVERNOR RACES TO MANIPULATE STATE ELECTIONS

Governor Nominees Crushing Dunks at redstate.com reveals… 1) we
know that Republicans won’t become America’s majority party again until we RECLAIM
the majority of governorships; 2) governors are the leading political figures
in their states and can have TREMENDOUS impact on DOWN-BALLOT races. Moreover,
they are able to build and organize the critical state Party infrastructure
needed to WIN close elections!
Lesson learned -Remember this when you go to the polls in
November, it’s not just about the presidency, it’s about NOT electing Tea
Partied Republican governors and state
legislators who facilitate voter
suppression laws, take away women’s reproduction rights, close schools for
middle class and poor children, deny workers’ rights, deny affordable health
care, deny voting rights and much more.)
“BRINGING A RADICAL RIGHT WING AGENDA TO A STATE NEAR YOU”

Bringing a Radical Right Wing Agenda to a State Near You reveals… 1)
these governors all have some things in common; 2) most of them were
elected in 2010 while progressive turnout was depressed and conservative anger,
particularly the virulent anti-government type sprung in from the Tea Party
movement and spilled over at the polls; 3) most of them took over swing states
from Democratic administrations; 4) most of them did NOT run on promises to
take away collective bargaining from workers, slash pensions and health care
and outlaw abortion. Instead, they focused on jobs; 5) a year or more into their terms taxes were cut for the wealthy, working people, particularly immigrants and women
are struggling, promises of jobs have
given way to Shock Doctrine-style cuts, attacks on unions, public services and
voting rights.
Lesson learned – get to KNOW and CIRCULATE the candidates’ names and voting records. DON’T give the Radical Slicksters a ‘repeat performance’ of the 2010 Midterms in November!
VOTING FOR TEA PARTIED REPUBLICANS AT THE PRECINCT COMMITTMAN LEVEL
