Of
course the Romney/Ryan Cable News Teams on CNN and FOX News weren’t pleased with
Biden’s counter-attacks to Ryan’s
attempted Gish approach. In addition to bashing the Obama/Biden ticket
a full two hours prior to the debate
and throughout the post debate
coverage, they – not surprisingly - misrepresented Biden’s passion, energy, and swift factual
disposal of Ryan’s Gish as “arrogant,
“rude” and “condescending” .
The
CNN/FOX Romney/Ryan Cable News Teams' descriptions made me chuckle because
they actually ex-a-sketched their own
commentaries on the first
presidential debate! When Romney monopolized
the debate galloping the Gish, they thought it was “presidential”. When Biden monopolized the debate counter-attacking Ryan’s
Gish it was “rude”. When Obama didn’t counter attack Romney’s Gishes, it was “weak”.
When Ryan couldn’t keep up with Biden’s counter-Gishes, they described Ryan as
exhibiting a “quiet demeanor”. The CNN/FOX
Romney/Ryan Cable News Teams, also, didn't point out how often Ryan failed to answer the moderator's questions choosing to respond with scripted stump speech rhetoric that had absolutely nothing to do with the question asked. The Teams flip flopped so much, I thought they were actually channeling Romney and Ryan!
As of
this morning, there were no conclusive
results as to who “won” the debate aside from Flash Poll results immediately
following the event, but before I
share the Flash Poll numbers, I have got to fill you in on FOX News commentator, Greta
Van Susteren's post debate comments on the Flash Polls. Greta
was glowing about CNN’s Flash Poll result of a 48 to 44 win in Ryan’s favor.
Then she actually made up a poll
result. You heard me right, Greta actually
made up a – non-existing- “NBC” poll giving Ryan a more than “50 point” lead! Can you believe it?
Here
are the Flash Poll results according to the dailybeast.com:

Before
I go, I would like to share my list of memorable debate moments (you can view them on the video link below) e.g. Biden’s verification of the
facts and the Obama/Biden fight for the
middle class regarding the 47% tape, job growth, a woman's right to choose, the benefits of health care reform, saving Medicare, fair share of taxes, and the critical, potential nomination of future "severely conservative" supreme court justices likely to
repeal Roe v Wade, but my most memorable moment was when Ryan offered his second zinger – “sometimes
the words don’t come out of your mouth the right way”. Biden’s response was priceless: “At least I mean what I say, and so does Romney”!
“The first time
someone shows you who they are, believe them”!
