This year Republican Senators stole a Supreme Court justice nomination and changed the voting rules to confirm a justice nominee accused of plagiarism with a strong record on decisions denying women’s reproductive rights.
In 2013, House Republicans voted to ban abortions which the New York Times described as the “most restrictive abortion bill to come to vote in either chamber in over a decade”!
Adding insult to injury, House Republicans, also, defeated a Democratic amendment to create exemptions for rape and incest!
Don’t think for one moment that the Republican
war on women is just in Congress either….
