Red State/Blue State - Go Figure?

Did you know that the red states that started the whole post 2012 Election “secession” petition craze were the very same states that  “seceded from the United States and formed the Confederate States of America”?

Did you know that the “get government out of our lives”  secessionists are filing their petitions on a free government website?

Did you know that Tea Partied Republican politicians that complain the most about those “lazy”, “welfare-mooching” “takers” are talking about citizens who  1) for the most part reside in red states; 2) pay the least amount of federal taxes; 3) get the most federal “free stuff” and  4) consistently vote for the same Republican politicians that are insulting them as “takers”?

Did you know that blue states have been subsidizing red states “for decades”  paying  more to and receiving  less from the federal government than their fellow citizens in red states?

Following is a list of states that receive more in federal funding than they pay in federal taxes, but note that there are several  factors that impact the subsidizing  issue - per capita income, industries, cost of living, and the like.

The real issue is Tea Partied Republican elected and non elected complainers who are deaf, blind and ignorant about the fact that they are the source of their own anti-government discontent!

(Note that red  states voted Republican and blue states voted Democrat in the 2012 General Election)
