If Republican lawmakers had not cut diplomatic corps funding, would their even be a need for Benghazi hearings?

Tea Partied Republican lawmakers need to stop playing games and start governing!

Full passage of President Obama’s American Jobs Act remains on a holding pattern since 2009;  background check legislation is in the Tea Partied GOP’s file thirteen;  women’s  equal pay for equal work legislation  was voted down by every single House Republican,  and the sequester continues to fester with thousands of teaching jobs gone;  thousands of law enforcement jobs gone; millions of Americans’ unemployment benefits  chopped;  environmental protection against pollution, pesticides and hazardous waste in the hopper; thousands of children kicked out of Head Start;  thousands of senior citizen Meals on Wheels gone;  millions in funding for local fire departments gone; nutrition assistance for millions of women, children and families gone; millions of life-saving cancer screenings for women slashed; automatic cuts to Medicare sweltering, and food safety protections for consumers steadily on the decrease.

So - what are  Tea Partied Republican congressional lawmakers doing to serve  their country and advance the  economic, social and lifesaving well-being  of their fellow Americans...

...wasting millions of  taxpayer dollars altering Republican-leaked Benghazi emails, conducting day after day after day  FOXified Benghazi  hearings with no got cha findings, and  voting against the Supreme Court’s upheld Affordable Health Care Act for the 37th time - all  because they don’t want a Black man or a Clinton in the White House!

Reality  and  truth always prove  to be foreign concepts for Tea Partied Republican elected officials. Here are the facts…

Under the Bush Administration there were seven diplomatic corps attacks – 10 killed, 51 injured (mediamatters.com) .  Guess how many hearings were held regarding the attacks -  three?!?!?

Guess how many Tea Partied Republican hearings were held against President Obama’s Administration regarding Benghazi – thirty and counting?!?!?

“For the past two years, House Republicans have continued to deprioritize the security protecting State Department personnel around the world. In fiscal year 2011, lawmakers shaved $128 million off the administration’s request  for embassy security funding.   House Republicans drained off even more funds in fiscal year 2012 – cutting back on the department’s request for $321 million” (huffingtonpost.com)

We Deserve a Vote!
