Who should be suing whom, Mr. Boehner?

Tea Partied House Speaker Boehner, recently, announced   his “non-specific” memo to members stating that he was going to introduce legislation to “sue President Obama” to “faithfully execute the laws of the country”.

Really?

This comes out of the mouth of a Tea Partied House leader who represents a Tea Partied House majority that refuses to execute their constitutional duty to pass legislation and presides with a record breaking filibustering Tea Partied Republican US Senate minority all of whom play a key role in being named the “worst Congress ever”...

…record breaking refusal to pass legislation - including but not limited to – the President’s American Jobs Act, immigration reform to - among other things - strengthen America’s borders, equal pay for equal work, increasing the minimum wage; record breaking US Senate filibusters; record breaking House vacations; record breaking waste of taxpayer dollars on trumped up investigative  hearings leading nowhere, and record breaking votes to kill a law e.g. affordable health care for all!

Mr. Boehner’s non-specific, meaningless, rev up the Tea Partied voting base announcement came on the heels of a recent Supreme Court decision to strike down three of President Obama’s recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board.

These appointments were made during a three day period when Republican US Senators staged US Senate pro forma sessions wherein one Tea Partied Republican Senator would enter an empty Senate chamber; rap the gavel then leave!

(Supreme Court justices decided that the Senate "was not truly in recess" during the above sessions!)

Among the record breaking 82 Obama nominees filibustered by Tea Partied Republican US Senators are the 3 National Labor Board nominees; President Obama’s judicial  nominees; a nominee to fill the Justice Department’s  Office of Legal Counsel; a nominee to head the Federal Housing Finance Agency, and the nominee to head the President’s newly formed Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. (See Beyond the D.C. Circuit: the GOP’s Most Outrageous Filibusters of Obama’s Nominees link below.

When Tea Partied Republican US Senators filibuster federal state justices, it's no coincidence and  it's extremely significant. Conservative leaning judicial decisions at the state level work their way up to conservative leaning  judicial decisions at the Supreme Court level e.g. weakening voting rights for senior citizens, college students, Blacks, Hispanics, Democrats and the poor; corporate protections against legal liability and weakening the ability for workers to sue for racial discrimination on the job are just a few examples demonstrated by current conservative leaning Supreme Court decisions. Also note that “past administrations have won up to 70% of Supreme Court cases, a percentage that has plummeted to about 37% during the Obama administration.”  (See Don’t be fooled, the Supreme Court is still very conservative and Charts: the Supreme Court’s Rightward Shift links below.)

So, when Mr.Boehner talks about suing the President over "faithfully executing the laws of the country", who does Mr. Boehner think he's kidding?
