On April 30, 2014 Tea Partied U.S. Senate Republicans blocked a bill to increase the minimum wage.

On April 9, 2014 Tea Partied U.S. Senate Republicans blocked the Paycheck Fairness Act for the third time. The bill proposed to close the gap between men and women!

On the same day, Tea Partied House Republicans, also, blocked a bill to expand equal pay and discrimination protections – along with bills to increase the minimum wage and reform mine safety!
