Now that Tea Partied House Republicans have returned from their “month long vacation to a grueling 9 day work month”, now’s your chance to catch them before the Midterm Elections. (See related links on House workdays and vacation below)

While you're at it, try to catch Tea Partied Kentucky Senate minority leader, Mitch McConnell as well. 

McConnell  - who is up for reelection in November(?!?!) - proudly announced that his return to work mission is to “slow things down and override” any Executive Action the President makes to facilitate immigration reform!

Nothing new there...

The Tea Partied Republican $24 billion deficit government shutdown to defund Obamacare may be over, but the Tea Partied sequestered government shut down is still in full swing and veterans, senior citizens, infants, children, women, preschoolers, K-12 students, college students, consumers, the disabled and the working poor are feeling it.

The sequestered government shutdown cut 10,000 teaching jobs, 20,000 spots for preschoolers in Head Start, $43 million for food programs for seniors, veterans and the working poor, $35 million for local fire departments,  access to nutrition  assistance for over half a million women and their families , automatic cuts to reduce Medicare, increased risk to consumers regarding food safety, drastic cutbacks affecting federal student aid programs, delayed tax returns, postponement of radioactive waste disposals and more.
