Who is Romney Talking About?

By now, I’m sure you’ve  heard about Mitt’s latest  insult to everyone and anyone who’s not like Mitt…

"There are 47 percent of the people who will vote for the President no matter what. All right, there are 47 percent who are with him, who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you-name-it. That that's an entitlement. And the government should give it to them. And they will vote for this president no matter what...These are people who pay no income tax ...

"My job is not to worry about those people. I'll never convince them they should take personal responsibility and care for their lives

In the words of one of the authors of a  link below -  who’s Romney talking about here?

Responsible retired Americans who have contributed to entitlement programs         throughout their working years
Responsible college students working various jobs to pay tuition
Responsible families of four earning $25,000  or less
Responsible Iraq War veterans on disability
Responsible U.S. soldiers while in a combat zone
Responsible working poor who make $20,000 or less, but contribute payroll taxes

and…
is Romney talking about the 7,000 millionaires who paid “no federal income taxes in 2011” because of tax loopholes?

and…
where does Romney get off insulting “those people” when the Romney/Ryan "economic plan"  expects “those people” to shoulder the nation’s tax burden  cutting taxes for the rich and raising  taxes on the poor?
